.......and this is our chairman's opinion on the matter:
HULL CITY: Leicester were told not to bid for our players â Allam
HULL City owners Assem and Ehab Allam have told Leicester to give up on their pursuit of Cameron Stewart â saying he is not for sale at any price.
The Tigers have rejected two bids of £1m and £1.5m over the past fortnight for the winger.
And they say former manager Nigel Pearson â now in charge at the Foxes â can only be attempting to unsettle the 20-year-old.
"Nigel knows we are not in the market for selling our players," said vice-chairman Ehab Allam.
"We are just not interested, so it doesn't matter how much they offer, it won't make a difference as we are not selling.
"We are looking to build a team. We are looking to push for the play-offs and promotion so we have no intention of selling at all.
"I am surprised they have offered at all because they were told before the window opened that we would not be selling any players. We told them not to make any approaches."
Owner Assem Allam accused Leicester of trying to 'disturb the psychology' of Stewart.
"They know very well that the club is not desperate for a £1m or £1.5m," he said.
"There must be another intention and I believe it has been done deliberately.
"They know we are not open to selling players. Our first team is here and they will stay.
"It has been done to try and disturb the psychology of the players, in my opinion."
