Yeah I've got the tomato puree mate but I only add that if I think I need it. I would never mix beer with my food, it's just not something that I would fancy as I rarely drink beer.

You wouldn't taste the beer, the alcohol gets cooked out and it's just there to add depth to the stew.

A bit like red wine in Beef Bourguignon.

I'm sure your recipe will taste great, hope you and the lads enjoy.

Cheers mate. I'll be honest, I stick to what I know in life and try not to venture away from that and it keeps me from having a major stress out.

Does anybody know how to change photo sizes? I've cut everything to size, fried it all off and now its cooking. I've took photos but when I'm trying to upload them it's saying they're too large?

I'm away to de-shed and shower my best mate, now. I'll see if I can upload the photos when I'm back in a couple hours or so.

I’m making a chilli tonight. Got the recipe from big al on YouTube via the SMB(the massive thread with all the restaurant curries).

best chilli I’ve ever had tbf.
Im on with a chilli right now as well mate. Feeling a bit under the weather and chilli always perks me up. I grow my own chillis as well, dry them and have supply for a year - they are amazing even if I do say so myself.

Save the photo as .gif (easier on laptop) or reduce the camera resolution on your phone.

Cheers, mate. I'll bluetooth them to my laptop and have a play about to see if I can sort it.

Love belly pork with baked potato/cheese, cauliflower cheese, beans and a flavoured rice, lush.

Sheesh kebabs
or Chinese. Fried rice, sweet n sour pork, chicken foo yung, sweet chilli beef, mmmm

Can't stand Mexican shìte, or most seafood and not fussed on pizza although like a ham and pineapple one now and then :D

Slight problem I have is I like everything but I am not to fussed about parsley, although I still eat it rather than binning it.

Going to make a steak casserole today ( as it’s like bloody winter ) using whole skirt steak, really looking forward to it, also a gammon ham pie.
Beautiful up here in Stanhope, sitting outside having breakfast now, looking like a hot and sunny day.
