Nature says when human being is sexually mature. Thankfully the world has evolved in it's attitudes to children and have changed to protect the innocent mind even if the body is ready. But primitive attitudes are exactly that, primitive. The sensible thing to do would be accept these attitudes and ways as something from the past instead of using it as wet bog roll in a fight to fracture society.
