Well according to Ted on sky and babybel the ferrari is the only team accelerating air across the lower beam wing on the rear wing so they have tonnes of extra downforce that the merc design cannot replicate.

Another solid day for Ferrari it appears.

Let’s see if they can keep improving as the wicks get turned up but a rock solid start!
 
From the back I had flashbacks of Alesi when I looked at Le Clerc in the pit lane just then! In fact this new Ferrari look reminds me a lot of 1995!
 
ferrari looks like its made of paper tbh. Its flexing all over and the rear end is hitting the floor so hard it look like the front tyres are leaving the track!

It does look extreme!
