just suddenly hit me, what would have happened if a League 1 team had got to the semi finals, as they wouldn't be playing regular games?
complete farce for sure. be the first year i wont be watching the semi finals or the final. got no interest in football at the moment. did you read the daily mail today, said the when they looked at the points given out under that weird system to work out play off places, promotion etc, the Coventry- Wycombe game the points awarded came to more than three.Well tbh mate, the whole thing is a farce as much as we pretend it isn't.
Newcastle had a golden chance to really go for it and went out without a fight.
They had home advantage, an attacking squad and no relegation concerns ...
... but barely made Man City sweat.
I don't care who wins it now.

Dodgy as **** that goal there. De Gea just let it go in.
Then he pulls out a save like that. Chalk and cheese.Mad how he went from worlds best to absolute dog ****.

They be wise to get a few quid out of him and play Henderson next season.

Aye, I find it mad in general that keepers seem to be able to turn dog **** overnight. I mean, he was never the world's best but Joe Hart was a cracking keeper at one point, now he'll struggle to find a half decent club. Not sure if confidence had more of an effect on keepers than it does outfield players but sometimes they just seem to lose it and there's no coming back
Dont forget Bardsley's goal in the semi-final at OT. He's been doing howlers for years. Flog him.
