Maybe he should move to his hometown club of Doncaster?
Seemed to do well coaching the academy players and he enjoyed it, so perhaps that's an avenue for him to explore?

Guess it'll depend on how highly he rates himself I guess. Prem to League One in half a season is a bit of a drop but then it's hard to see him getting too many glam offers either.

If only he replaced “train” with “return”… it would’ve been the perfect sentence!
We don't know how Eriksen is right now, unfortunately.
Physically, mentally and how he can approach games. It's all up in the air.
I hope he's fine, but it would be a massive risk.

Watching him drop like that was traumatic the first time.
I dread to think of how it felt for those close to him.

I don’t think Eriksen will ever be quite the same player and that’s understandable but I’d imagine he’s gone through as many health checks as possible to deem it possible for a return to football. His agent was also quoted saying something like “returning to England would be like coming home for Eriksen”, so I’m presuming there must be something on Eriksen’s end that believes a return to high level football is possible.

It’ll take him a good month to get into a position to actually get on the pitch in some capacity but I said the other day that even him returning to us as a squad player - if he accepted such a deal - would be great. Ndombele, Lo Celso, Dele or Eriksen to call on? I know who I’d pick.

I wouldn’t actually be surprised if he looks at a return to one of this three former clubs - us, Ajax or Odense.

Whilst Spurs eyes may have been focused on Tripps, just been mentioned on Twitter that Okedina played the full 90 for Cambridge in the win over Toon <applause>.

Joined them permanently in the summer after helping them to promotion last season on loan. Not been a regular starter this season, so hopefully a clean sheet against a Prem side can get him back in the XI more consistently.
