Bilbao are limited by their insistence on playing only Basque players, so he's quite a big signing for them.
Finished 16th in La Liga last season, so they're happy to help out PSG and their FFP issues.
This might also help us out in our being linked to Layvin Kurzawa just because we signed a couple of other PSG players issues
