And that works from both sides. I think people are bright enough to make their own decisions.
... patently not ... a huge number have been duped / misled ... if you really can't see that the inference from the Bus pic is that this particular sum / saving (at least) will instead be invested in the NHS should Brexit triumph, then you are either very naiive or just being 'economical' with the truth ...
I got the inference and thought it was a powerful message ... my sceptcism about such a 'veiled promise' ever being met however, derived from the prospect of trusting future investment in the NHS to a bunch of public schoolboys who undoubtedly have top tier BUPA cover for themselves and their families ..

Now if Jeremy Corbyn was ever to become Prime Minister, I have absolutely no doubt that there would be significant increase in investment in the NHS ... and therein lies the rub (and not embrocation for those that are a bit literal)

... whether I understand that or not is irrelevant (for the record I do) ... but a sizeable majority of people that voted to leave did so genuinely beleiving that a brexit win would facilitate the exact 'benefits' being flaunted by Boris, Gove, Fromage and the leading Brexit figure heads ... because the government, whether led by Cameron or someone else, would feel obligated to implement the winning campaign's agenda ...
