Never thought we would agree on anything - I truly was amazed at how pleased the Hull fans were over his appointment.
We were happy with Bruce as he was better than the other realistic targets. Bruce has spent most of his recent managerial career in the Premier League. He has a proven track record of getting teams into the Premier League, keeping them there, and making them mid-table Premier League clubs. In addition, he has an impressive record of recruitment and keeps our recent association with Man Utd strong.
