Thing that gets me, it was all centred around the way the away fans would behave or the concerns of local residents, when in fact it had nothing to do with football at all, it was a bunch of local thugs that turned up, plus extremists from other parts of the UK 'probably' to cause trouble, doubt many of them even went to the game or even had any interest in the game. If this had been anyone else the truncheons would have been out battering them. But for some reason we have to treat them with kid gloves while inconveniencing actual match going fans from both teams. At least we know this is acceptable behaviour now according to the local MP Khan, and next time the far right kick off, I'll expect the same leniency and local MP's coming out in support of them.
