HCST - Ehab Allam Interview
We are aware of comments made by the Vice Chairman in the Hull Daily Mail which have done nothing to narrow the widening gap between our owners and the fans.
You must log in or register to see images
It is our concern that whilst news of a further statement or interview brings fresh hope to all Hull City supporters, the impact of this and similar articles has been largely negative. Due to the numerous inaccuracies and illogical claims made by Ehab which have been challenged by supporters already, we do not think it is worthy of any response.
The Trust shall continue to focus its efforts on more productive tasks for the benefit of supporters.
Erm......that is a response hahahaha
So they nicked my idea then!!Dear Ehab,
This is the sort of initiative that clued up, non-****y owners implement.
Love,
OLM

There are so many examples of good owners looking after the best interest of the club and supporters .. Alas the ****wits in charge don't see any wrong in how they are dealing with matters at OUR club..
Preparations for the first-ever Tigers Hall of Fame event are well underway with legends Chris Chilton and Ken Wagstaff the first to confirm their attendance on the evening.
Chilton made his Tigers debut at the age of 17 in 1960 having come through the club ranks and scored 20 goals in his first season in black and amber. That would prove to be a taster of things to come with Chilton going on to become the Tigers' record goalscorer with 222 goals in 477 appearances.
Wagstaff joined the Tigers from Mansfield in 1964 and scored on his Club debut in a 3-1 victory over Exeter City. Also on the scoresheet that day was Chilton and the pair were to form the most formidable strike partnership in the Tigers' history. 'Waggy' made 25 appearances in his first season, scoring 23 goals.
The following season he scored 27 goals in 46 appearances as the Tigers won the old Division Three Championship. He also famously scored two goals in a 2-2 FA Cup match with Chelsea. Ken continued to play for the Tigers until 1975 with a record of 434 appearances and 197 goals.
The partnership between the two continues to be the most lethal pairing the Club has ever had and we're delighted both will be in attendance on the night.
The Hall Of Fame will honour players, coaches and other connected figures in our 113-year existence who have played an outstanding part in forming and maintaining the Club's wonderful history.
The event will also be attended by around 25 Club legends along with current Tigers Head Coach Leonid Slutsky, giving a great opportunity for supporters to meet their heroes - past and present - with all profits from the night to be donated to WWF as part of our charity partnership.
There will also be an exclusive auction on the night with some truly unique money can't buy prizes donated by the Club and its partners all in aid of the WWF's campaign to double wild tiger numbers.
Book your place from Monday 30th of October click here for the full package details.
Yes as I said investment has gone up a little due to Siemens.... And I'll say again I didn't even mention interested buyers for the club (as there has been a number and probs still would be if he wasn't such a Bit), I just said he was rite about hull being undesirable for private investment which it is! Take out Siemens and what other large private investment has hull seen in the last 6/7 yrs?
It's good news but 68% means a lot of people are still out of work.Saw that article earlier and was reminded of Ehab's comments. Employment in Hull the highest it's ever been, yet he claims unemployment is the reason people are staying away.

Are you sure? That means roughly 1 in 3 people age 16-65-ish are out of work. That figure is so low I took it to be 68% of the total population.I believe that's 68% of the local working age population, rather than 68% of people who want to work (nationally it's 75.1%), the unemployment rate is actually about 8% in Hull and 4% in the East Riding.

Are students included in that, or those ho have taken early retirement? Single mothers sat at home, women not allowed out of the house for cultural reasons? Not too hard to account for a lot of them.
