Let's face it, winning the thing is not going to give us much in the way of bragging rights, so conversely losing it wouldn't hurt too much. What would be memorable is a day out at Wembley with a full house and quality opposition, so that means Pompey IMHO.

In an interview in ALS for last weekend's match it was said the last time they (Bristol) were in a play off final they took 40,000 to Wembley.Don't know when that was mind.

I fancy Bury to beat Portsmouth. I've just checked the odds with the bookies and they've got Bury as favourites. I won't bother now, I was hoping for a better price. Meh.

Fairly straightforward win there over the weekend, so that's probably the kiss of death for the cup! <laugh>

See I disagree. I think winning our brst chance of a cup (any cup) for most of my life would be great. And I’d be gutted if we lose it personally.

If we get to the final, I’ll be heartbroken as i can’t make it! An “uncancellable” gig for a friends birthday party on the afternoon in Barnsley!
