BTW people forget Everton should have scored twice in the 1st 6 minutes ...... it's like our fans only see our missed opportunities... Everton were wasting loads aswel.

We're just not very good it's really that simple.

I feel like captain in the school playing field so we’ll take magpie into the cult and chaos can have sheik in the bedwetters team <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Welshies Stirling performances also get him a call up but he needs to do the initiation of buying rounds in or doing a dance off with Hung :1980_boogie_down:
You can’t have magpie and Welshie mate. They are currently having a fight.

How’s that gonna work. Leave one for us please.

I agree.

If we had a quality RW omg we would have such a better attack.

The LB and RB situation is a bit overblown, I'm convinced Hall and Tino are good lads who will do well with us.

I'm honestly not as glum as I seem, I think we need a RW, a back up for Isak, a CB.

Then we are alright for the most part.

I've NEVER believed Howe was long term anyway, I'm not -that- arsed about him.

Longstaff would be on the bench if Tonali was about.

Strong links to onana ... he's absolutely ****e .. he's probably Joelinton's replacement..

I think Roland is going to once again be right when they get this summer wrong as well... the ownership and the fans are all in with howe no matter how **** he does.

Let's not forget if Newcastle had the money we'd have bought Philips... the signs are not good.

Szoboszlai would’ve been amazing had we got him

Yes he would and Newcastle fans seem to be living under the notion that all the errors and problems the clubs making are fine because success is a guarantee further down the line.

Unfortunately that is not the case at all and if they continue to piss fart around signing plodders and backing a manager that has absolutely no world wide appeal or history of success then I'm afraid reality will hit home next season I feel.

Things are going backwards rapidly and the sooner that's stopped the better. This manager needs to be replaced and it's going to happen regardless of how slowly the fanbase figures it out.

Just heard Howe saying he can't blame the players....your defender and your chosen sub rugby tackled an Everton player in the 87th minute for no reason.

"Greatest supporters"

Get over yourself, getting all teary eyed cos someone's had a pop at a bloke on thousands of pounds a week for sitting on a bench.
Who’s getting teary eyed? It’s not me wetting the bed. So you’re saying that you’re just a spectator then not a supporter

It definitely shows that he doesn’t trust a lot of the players at the club to come in and try to do a job.
If he is to start next season we need to sign quite a few players

This manager has been freezing Hall out and he's clearly a far far superior footballer than his pals, so how many of the other players he's not picking are?

He should be sacked for not being capable enough to see what every man in the street can in 90 minutes when he's had every single day.

He isn't a good manager and will be sacked eventually... it's a question of when and what the damage will be by the time he's replaced.

He's decimated the entire squad! It's his style of play and over intense training sessions.... not luck ! His substitutes are always dreadful and his in game management is the worst around.

I won’t go that far <laugh>

Other managers have put faith in youngsters (Miley was 100% last resort) yet EH doesn’t trust any of ours to try and go and make a name for themselves. Diallo or Ritchie? Diallo. Longstaff or White? White. Dummett or Murphy? Murphy.

Exactly miley and Hall would never have played otherwise. This manager isn't capable enough to identify a good player and that means he should be replaced as early as possible imo.

A good manager can do that it's really that simple. Maybe he can and he's just picking his pals? Either way he needs sacking for it.

If they don't get rid how many good players will be missed ? Loads.

Disappointing result but with the options available I'm not sure what most were expecting to be honest.

Dubravka, Krafth, Burn, Hall Longstaff, Anderson, Murphy and maybe Barnes are not starters (8 of our starting XI) when everyone is fit and then we have only got Willock on the bench last night.

Thought Dyche made the right subs yesterday, at the right times and we didn't have the option to counteract those changes he changed the whole of their midfield so they had energy and legs for the final 30 mins whereas we were wilting as the game went on. Then a moment of madness cost us from what is essentially our 4th choice LB.

If we have our starting XI available and a few decent subs we walk that game but we don't and we didn't. The only positive is we didn't drop points on the teams around us (West Ham and Wolves also drew last night) and we still have a favorable run in.
