I feel like captain in the school playing field so we’ll take magpie into the cult and chaos can have sheik in the bedwetters team <laugh><laugh><laugh>

Welshies Stirling performances also get him a call up but he needs to do the initiation of buying rounds in or doing a dance off with Hung :1980_boogie_down:

That situation and the fact howes been seeing Hall every week and doing everything he possibly can to not use him is a clear indication of Howes inadequacy.

Our approach was just not working and we didn't change anything.

Notably, as someone on here pointed out ... Dyche changed his entire midfield and they improved.

We continued to lob balls up field towards their end, it was just not going to work.

Barnes looked positive, but I maintain he hasn't got an inch on Gordon.

Barnes should be right, Gordon left. Murphy dropped. His crosses while nice, do not lead to goals.

I wanted to see more from Barnes tonight, I’ve not seen anything other than scoring goals so far.

One player cost us 2pts. No worse than what trippier did. Move on.

It’s ironic but we are now playing a style that would’ve suited Chris Wood perfectly

Yes dyche was actually capable enough to make those changes.. I dont think Howe can read a game. I think he comes in with a pre determined plan and that's that.

Newcastle would do better if he stayed in bed and let one of the fans make the subs.

I remember at Leicester I found him to be lazy, I think he's so far been trying harder at Newcastle, but apart from a shot he's not got Gordon's technical ability.

Gordon is constantly working to impact the game in any way humanly possible.

If it's diving, shooting, passing, crossing, dropping deep. He does it all to impact.

Barnes likes to run and smack the ball hard.

Isak gets a pass a lot too tbh, same as Bruno, who was absolutely gone in the second half.

Isak is so inconsistent. If he had consistency, he'd be up there with some of the best in Europe.

He shows glimpses of superstar quality

I honestly think they're surrounded with absolute ****e and will do better when they leave.

Unfortunately they'll be replaced and the **** that's ruining the club will remain.. these players are like a disease.... longstaff is our McTominay only alot worse.

    I agree.

If we had a quality RW omg we would have such a better attack.

The LB and RB situation is a bit overblown, I'm convinced Hall and Tino are good lads who will do well with us.

I'm honestly not as glum as I seem, I think we need a RW, a back up for Isak, a CB.

Then we are alright for the most part.

I've NEVER believed Howe was long term anyway, I'm not -that- arsed about him.

Longstaff would be on the bench if Tonali was about.
