Look at it this way, people who are working on the side while claiming benefits are not paying tax and taking government money. This is money that could be spent on hospital, schools, road, etc so it is affecting the most vulnerable in society. Would you still not report them?
Do you pay for music online? Maybe it would be cheaper to buy music if so much of it wasn't stolen (which it is, under a different name)
