Think it will be a close one, got a feeling for 2-1 Newcastle with goals from Ba and Ameobi for Newcastle and Sessegnon for Sunderland. Think it could be a key week for Newcastle especially if they win and other results go for them.
My heart says 2-1 to us. My head says 2-1 or 3-1 to them.
We are a bit disjointed at present, and to be quite honest they are overdue a win in the derby. On the flipside they tend to freeze and obviously have a poor recent record as far as derbies go. I just think we needed to hit our straps on Saturday, we didn't and their defeat to WBA is quite easy to write off as a blip.
I think a sending off is a cert and Cattermole is the obvious one. But there are plenty of candidates from both sides for that honour. Long may our dominance continue and if we were in form I'd fancy us as we have the stronger first xi, but we're not.

I think that Wolves draw might be a blessing in disguise. It was a prime lesson, right before the derby game, of why the team should never take their foot off the pedal, even for a moment.

You score a goal through a Campbell header with 10 minutes to. Backs to wall stuff for us but we just about manage to hang on with you missing a guilt edged opportunity in the dying embers of the game.

It really does lack brains as far as a wind up goes. Indeed the one with control of our purse strings will actually welcome it, so we should to! Piss up and brewery comes to mind.
