I hadn't realised what the Boro and Wycombe cases were about, I'd assumed they were about unpaid transfer fees or something.

Boro's is over them missing out on a play-off play three years ago ffs.

Bunch of chancers.

Boro made that claim 3 seasons ago and the EFL asked them to hold off until they sorted Derby out. They did hold off, and the EFL never sorted it whilst Derby employed delaying tactics. As I understand it anyway.

Yes but the claim went in immediately and a bunch of procedural fobbing off by Mel Moron has led it to run on and on til now. So the claim absolutely should not be withdrawn or else it just legitimises the stick-a-finger-in-every-little-hole approach Mel Moron has taken to everything and eventually landed Derby in this mess.

There must be consequences.

Why would anyone pay £28m to buy Derby in their current state.

Surely they’d want to be paid £28m to sort out the mess?

What’s in it for whoever ends up taking over, other than losing a load of money?
