It's a freebee if they're safe by that point.
It's yet another pitiful and pointless punishment.
They'll end up with no punishment, they've got away with murder for years and I can't see it changing now.
So the governing body are in talks with Derby as to what punishment Derby will accept, pish weak bastards!

Plea bargains can be rejected by judges, even if the prosecutor recommends a shorter sentence.
That would be ridiculous, it's not even a punishment if it's suspended. I hate seeing any club struggle, but Derby have routinely taken the piss and if any club was going to be made an example of, it should be them.
