as i said afore, i expect the openers to just plod on and aim for a ton (not that they will get there every time of course) and just be there frustrating/tiring the bowlers and giving the ball some hammer...nowt worse than knowing you are going to bowl at a couple of stubborn buggers that do not throw wickets away easy.

'slash and bash' players can do thier work middle order.

If we don't chase down a mere 250 then that will massively affect the dynamics of Bazball.
I reckon heroes of the day will be either Woakes or Wood.
Bairstow is due a big score and sort of owes the team. Got no real faith in Brook this series

Australia have probably scored at a higher run rate than us in this match. How can you put that down to Bazball?
