It appears that Labour’s strategy under Starmer is to get Jonathan Ashworth and others to use Covid-19 for political gain - trouble is Ashworth has little or no credibility and everyone can see through their approach.

The UK government and Tata have been approached for comment.
A Welsh Government spokesman said: "We continue to have ongoing discussions with Tata Steel about what support it needs to sustain a strong steel making presence in the UK and in Wales."

Given that they were allowed to save billions on abandoning the BSPS and changing indexation to a limited CPI as opposed to RPI, they have a great opportunity to get some more cash out of the Govt - especially given that the same Conservative Govt pumped a shed full into Longs - aka the ridiculously named British Steel (I’m told that Greybull asked for the rights to the name British Steel and Tata was so desperate to offload Scunthorpe that they agreed immediately!)

Confusion is starting to become the norm , if you cycle you are now restricted to an an area no larger than you would reasonably walk, but if I want to shop in B&Q I can drive to it and stand in a line with hundreds of other people because I can . I really think someone in government should redefine what lock down means because I haven't a clue.
Well now we know a pony and trap can out run a police car but then again the coppers have a history of avoiding gyppos so don't suppose they bust a gut trying to catch them
