I don't think it is a blip.
Just saw a post from a mate in Brighton, where the infection rates are now starting to go up and the R is above 1. That means they are on for a second wave and that will likely be replicated across the country.
Down here in Cornwall, we did really well to keep the infection rates low. But since Boris told folk they can drive wherever they want, I've seen the beaches go from virtually empty to packed like a summer's day, with families, kids, granny, the dog etc. They are just treating like an extended summer holiday. Now he's relaxing the rules even more I expect to see the hordes all heading down here.
If any of you ****s decide to come down here, expect to see a road block made of burning tyres and bales of hay with a shotgun toting hippy, wearing second hand trainers patrolling it.
