Once again you don't know that. It's what you have read in the media. Scientists aren't commenting yet because they don't know. Every country is different and has made mistakes... even the Germans!
I will let you be the voice of doom but today (other than the loss of life) was more promising.

The Prime Minister was happy enough in a speech to declare that doing nothing while other countries locked down was an economic opportunity. His advisor is a eugenicist.

You and Col can live in denial if you like.

Not denial Watford. I have said the government has made mistakes but not as many or as bad as you keep telling us. Seriously mate every day you come out with something new and negative (straight from the press). Sometimes in these weird times, just sometimes there is a bit of positivity and today many medical bods were happier than yesterday.

Hmmm I'm sure some of the relatives of the poor souls who have passed away may disagree, especially the front line staff with piss poor protection. 23rd april and we are just starting planning on contact tracing, still not sorted PPE out, millions left with no jobs or income. Fed daily bullshit. The only positive is that surely they cant get any worse!

Good idea. I've only 3 days of work left anyway kiwi. Plaster shortage!
Typical
I remember a shortage of cement about 20 years ago
We used to use tonnes of it with about 15 gangs laying paving slabs
Used to spend ages running around collecting bags of it from different suppliers
Best part was I didn't have to carry to many 50kg bags for a while
