So they offered above what the club would normally offer at Championship level. Please ! Having to listen to the spout that comes off that site is just bullshit. I don’t think there is any intention to pay anyone above what they would normally offer. You have a 10 to 15 million player leaving for nothing. Where’s the sense in the way they deal with players ? . Also what is Darnborough employed for. Why can’t they just do one if there is no interest in the club. Personally as soon as they have got back all they want and move on the better. I hope all the fancy rhetoric sticks in their throats as it bloody sticks in mine.

It doesn't matter if he signs for Leeds, it looks like their owner is chucking vast sums of money at them. That's worked out for them in the past.

If Hernandez does sign for Leeds, it certainly suggests that the top tier in English/world football does not rate him at all.

Must be talking a big pay deal for AH, maybe 15-20m in wages/bonuses?

Cheers Newland, however I doubt next time information is shared on the board from a new member that the posters whom tend to dominate the board will welcome the content with the intention it was posted.

Not disputing anyone who says he will or has 'information' but I have no doubt he will be using this as a negotiation tactic to get a better deal. It would be daft for him to tie himself down so early in the transfer window. Someone will panic and offer him a fortune.

I was sort of basing it on 60k p/w for 5 years plus bonuses, 'though admittedly, just speculation.

If it is much lower, emphasises my point that no top clubs were interested.
