My Brentford supporting flatmate said that our third bid for Gray was lower than our second bid, not sure how much truth it has behind it, but it's shenanigans that may come back to haunt us if true.

They don't describe the action properly or paint the picture of the match, we switched to Radio Leeds for the Huddersfield match and the difference was like light and day in terms of clarity

We shouldn't be paying this amount for someone who had one ok season in the Championship, we could have bought this guy today http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33890418 for 5m who has played for Chelsea and in top flights across Europe. Prices for these players is a disgrace.

Its not the point of the wages, its the actual fee teams are paying. Its a joke. We have an ex international croatian and a Uruguayan that should be a cut above Gray. I'd rather keep these boys then pay over the odds for someone.

They don't want to play for us in the Championship nor with the cut in wages they took. You can't look at transfer fees in isolation. Gray will be happy with a lot less than the players you talk about.

Urhh yes I know. The argument is the fee. Prices have got out of hand. We don't need Gray, I don't know what the big fuss is over someone who has done alright for one season at this level and paying up to 9m. They can pay whatever they like in wages thats not the argument. But Gray certainly is not worth 9M inc the add ons. Joke

I agree with this Hernandez definitely doesn't want to be here. If we don't get Gray we should go for Nakki wells, James Wilson, Vaz te. Either someone young or someone who can score at this level.
