N'Doye has now gone!
Which with his wages and the fee it will offset the wages of the squad and we aren't worse off without him.

I don't have a problem with N'Doye but he strikes me as a journeyman mercenary.

He hasn't looked the same player since the Crystal Palace game when we had a glimmer of hope of staying up, not looked interested at all since our relegation. Lazy twat.

How much forN'Doye?

Can't believe that £2m figure, a player who comes into a relegated side struggling like **** for goals and scores 5 in 15 is worth some money. Moscow wanted £10m for him in the summer. We paid £3.5m I believe? I could stomach breaking even on him if he insisted he be allowed to move on for the same amount if we're relegated as part of his contract, but if we've actually made a loss, it's terrible business on our part.

They probably consider that the saving in his salary compared to what we'd offer Gray will go some way to offset what Brentford are asking for the lad. In addition, maybe not too many others sniffing around for N'Doye with serious offers. A bird in the hand anarl ?

Bruce made it clear that N'Doye took a big drop in wages to come to us and it was clear he came for PL football so I really don't see the problem in him moving on, as no PL team are knocking our door down for him. Just another missed bullet tbh.

Hot off the sms from our kid.
Brentford striker to be unveiled tomorrow afternoon on a 3 year deal.
Undisclosed fee but believed to be in the region of 7m plus add ones for goals and promotion.
Most new signings are 3yrs and undisclosed! And most people on here are expecting it to be announced sometime soon! So nothing spectacular there
