No ****, but there is a little thing called FFP now, and considering their spend in previous years, I thought it an obvious question to ask where their money had come from all of a sudden. No need to be so patronising.

For what it's worth I never found them that funny but I remember the line as my Dad used to quote it frequently, which means by default I do as well

No, it's a grammatical error as it is wrongly using certain words over the correct ones.

It's mixing up words. One shows possession, one doesn't. Using the wrong one makes the sentence nonsensical.

A spelling mistake is still a grammatical error, as anything to do with words is grammar based.
