"I resemble that remark" is a quite a common line used by unfunny uncle knob head type middle aged blokes. So while it's incredibly **** and unfunny it's not uncommon.
No, it's a grammatical error as it is wrongly using certain words over the correct ones. It's mixing up words. One shows possession, one doesn't. Using the wrong one makes the sentence nonsensical. A spelling mistake is still a grammatical error, as anything to do with words is grammar based.
