You keep quoting this population of 10.5m, but do they have players from territories ?Here you are.
All the homegrown players work there way through the Belgian league system. Is the league system good in Belgium? The league responsible for developing these International players is ranked 2nd in the world, from a population of 10.5m. Pretty ****ing good I would say. Wales? Well most of their players can thank the English league pyramid for their development. It's not difficult, really it isn't.

HULL City boss Steve Bruce says he needs at least four new signings ahead of the new season and reports from Italy suggest one of those could be Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Badu.
The Ghana international, 24, has been with the Italian side since 2010 but is said to be nearing the end of his time at the Stadio Friuli.
The Italian daily Mondo Udinese claims that interest has come from Stoke City and Hull City, as well as from Qatar. A fee in the region of £5m would be enough to land Badu.
Badu himself told Italian TV he had been in England for talks. He said: "I was in the UK . It is true that I had a series of meetings but since then no one has called Udinese."
This is not the first time Badu has been linkedYou must log in or register to see imageswith City. As far back as last November he was touted for a potential January move.
Although just 24, Badu has a wealth of experience, playing in Europe and the African Cup of Nations with Ghana.
