Now that Ince looks likely to be on the way out for a decent chunk of money, am I the only one thinking that if he is willing to come to us, we should spunk the £12m asking price on Rhodes.
He really does appear to be a consistent goalscorer at all levels he's played. If we lose N'Doye and Jelavic as is quite possible there may be no-one left with any record to actually purchase at the time and we are going to be left with no recognised forwards.

That's far too sensible. Let's sign someone instead who has never played in England and just 'hope' they come good.

I just tweeted about this and about twenty people have already offered to give him a lift.
There's not much Tom love going on out there.
They paid £7.5m for him(potentially rising to £10.5m with add-on's), he's unlikely to come cheap.
