Messed up with the quotes, did have a fairly long reply to TBM but I have to nip out in a sec.
There is two ways to play the 3-5-2, sit deep and counter where the back 5 stay in position, wing back goes out to press the winger and a midfielder helps out with the press or to help with the attacking full back. Alternatively we can be more open and press further up and constantly have our side centre backs dragged out to help the wing back which is what the opposition will want to do anyway. I reckon the first option is the one we'll take, it'll give us the chance to compromise on the type of defender we use and more space for Sone when counter attacking.
If we are going for the alternative option, then centre backs like Chester will be much more useful, I just don't see us pressing that high up the pitch.
