If she went out and got drunk and killed someone it's her fault as she actually killed the person. The key here is she didn't commit the rape, however it's dressed up it really is that simple.
Im not discussing that bit, I am discussing where her responsibility for her actions stops. At the first sip of that glass of wine? After 3 bottles? When she pours more of it over herself than down her neck. When does a person lose the ability to make a decision and the alcohol makes that decision for them?
