I am not defending Evans, I am just saying if she and a million others didnt go and get wasted to the point the dont know where they are, what they are doing or who is doing them then maybe they should take a big long look in the mirror.

Everyone likes a drink, the ones who dont get raped without knowing what happened are the ones who know when to stop. Its not hard really, unless you have a problem.

You're telling me that a woman who's been on sniff and weed getting drilled is worthy the same as 2 people who plan bomb threats? She may or may not have been capable of saying yes or no,but you shouldn't get yourself in that situation in the first place.If I was to go out next weekend and find it a good idea to go racking lines up,getting smashed and off my trolley then a munter rides me like seabiscuit,I'd think maybe I shouldn't have done this or that. Not think,I'll get her done for rape.

Looks like it unfortunately. I'm sure there are some girls who do what he says but I can't say i like the idea of using the lowest common denominator as a benchmark for judging standards. "She got a bit pissed up and claims a footballer raped her - she must have made it up"

Yep, he also thinks it's ok for a guy to have sex with a woman/man who he finds lying unconcious in the street.

They may be diabetic and have forgotten to take their insulin, but that's their own fault for forgetting their medication.

No but if she didnt go out and drink way more than sh can handle then she would of been in the situation in the first place. Sorry but people have to take responsibility for themselves and if something could of been avoided, like getting sio smashed you forget your name, then sorry but you have played some part in this.

Are you saying this woman is right to get so smashed she doesnt know what happens. That even after whats happened she should go out every weekend and get in the same state?

Are you saying she would still of been raped had she had a little self control?

Seems as if you are taking away all responsibility this woman has, she got herself in this situation to begin with when it could so easily of been avoided.

Where the **** did I say she made it up? She made **** all up as she didnt know what the **** happened.

Next time you type have a big long think and then delete it, log out, turn you computer off, remove the fuse and lie down.

If I go out, get hammered, walk into a road because I am so hammered and have no idea whats going on and get hit by a car. Whos fault is that? Mine or the car drivers. I would say both and if I hadnt got myself in a state I wouldnt of left myself in a situation like that.

See how I see it people get out of being responsible all the time, if its not some religious nutters who think god is responsible for everything its druggies and piss heads who like to pass the blame on to everyone else. Its societies fault or I can help myself.

Nothing against this woman, just hope for the furture she takes a little more care of herself and doesnt let herself get in situations like this, shes not disabled, she doesnt need a carer and shes responsible for what goes into her body, had she been a little more responsible that night she doesnt get raped. Do you think an unconcious human being (however they got like that) is partly to blame for things that heppen to them?

If a Policeman found a drunk woman lying in the street, does that mean he can have sex with her because by being drunk she is giving consent to anyone who wants to have sex with her?

Do people give up their "Human Rights" when they are drunk?

Are women who go out wearing "sexy" clothes asking for it?

Erm, if someone drinks themselves into a state of being unconscious then yes, without doubt they are responsible. Are they not responsible for themselves? Do they not control what they drink? Are you of the opinion that if a drunk drives a car its ok because hes not responsible for his actions because hes drunk? Or does this only apply to women who go on to get raped when they get smashed?

Someone said that people cannot make decisions when drunk, so by definition you can do anything while drunk and claim you had no control cant you.

Lets say a man get smashed, forces himself on a woman and rapes her. Consider he was so drunk he had no idea what was going on. I suspect hes not guilty as he can not be held responsible for his actions.

If a policeman found a woman drunk on the streets chances are she would be taken to hospital, theres a chance she may be fined aswell. Drinking does not give up human rights.

Women who go out dressed like slags are slags but that doesnt give the excuse to rape them no, just sends a message that they have diseases.
