Thing is you went off with the drunk girl so it's seen as consent. Evans just turned up with the girl naked and passed out and had his way.
Just saying what was in the report, that's why the other guy got off. As she went to the hotel room with him. Ched turned up later watched a lil then took over when she was out off it.
Some one even filmed it on their mobile, think it was Ched's brother maybe wrong tho. Maybe the video was the evidence that convicted him?.
****ing wrong'n ****. I hope he gets raped in prison, serves these stupid footballers right thinking they can do whatever they want in there little bubbles. The justice system is ****ing **** but thats an argument for another thread.
I do think it's abit weird that he got 5 years when the girl was too drunk to even remember where she was in the morning, They say her drink might of been spiked but they cant say her drink was actually spiked. Meaning she most probably was really drunk, i dont know what went on in the room but she cant remember anything surely that isn't reliable enough to sentence him? I think there's more to it tbh, I could be wrong. And if i am then he deserves more than 5 years.
i must be wrong but from what i read on it didnt really sound like 'rape'. it was saying that ched asks if he could get involved and she said yes so they went at it. obviously there must be some evidence to suggest other wise but from what i read on the bbc it didnt sound like rape. unless i missread it
However he was tried and convicted by twelve of his peers. All the so called evidence that we hear about on here is not necessarily fact just hear say. I think to make a judgement we need to be in possession of all the facts and not hearsay evidence. They were convinced enough to find him guilty........as for the sentence that is always a matter for argument and debate.....But not on a football Forum.
Of course Ched's going to say that isn't he. He's not really going to say to the court. "Well I saw my mate having his way with this girl who was out of it, so I thought i'd have a go.
Apparently there was a 3rd guy can't remember if it was Ched's brother or the other guys brother. He filmed and took pics of what was going on.
I think it has all been said on this one, bearing in mind that none of us was in the courtroom to hear all the evidence. Let's close this now, and perhaps if any want to discuss the issues further then I am sure there are other more appropriate forums on which to continue.
