Every journalist and there isn't a single source to the contrary. The only opposition is essentially what a few fans think and they have 'nothing'.

It's very simple to work it out anyway... Newcastle had to meet a PSR deadline 1st July and we're desperately thrashing around trying to get in cash.... what is more likely in that situation ?

1.Newcastle took what Man United were offering

2 Man United suddenly decided to cave in and cough up 20 million because they wanted to help.
In the end, I think you might look quite foolish when the accounts are published.

70 million I said then they sold 68 million worth of players... some were in complete denial which always the argument rather than specific numbers.

I just think we or they decided to meet half way. Deal done or it would go to tribunal.

Definitely needed the sales of Minteh and Anderson. Quite why we left it to last minute though. I don’t know.

Unless they thought they where ok then come came from PL to suggest tougher punishments for breaches maybe?
It's not last minute though, is it? Chaos continually says we have 2 more weeks.

It really isn't, that's like saying everyone who doesn't vote at the upcoming election would have voted for which ever party you care to name ...

But hey, Carry on Wumming ...

No that would be saying all the voters which is exactly the same example.

Unpopular view isn't necessarily wumming or wrong either.

Ultimately Man United got their man.

Yeah but sure someone had told us that these things start months and months before when they argued that Howe wasn’t the one to bring trippier, Bruno, burn, wood and targett in <laugh>

That's not negotiations though that's scouting.

Almiron sale is underway and they appear to hope that sale will get the PSR fears resolved.... it's good news.

Except you've already admitted that you are a WUM so, that's not exactly news ....

Yeah they did and given the way he conducted himself, I'm glad - I think he'll fit in well there.

I think you could well find that the sale of both players was not required to satisfy PSR. The total sum for both will have been in excess of the requirements is my estimate. Let's see what the accounts say :)

I like to banter that doesn't mean I'm wrong. We all get things right and wrong.

He's a ****, but this wasn't a win for Newcastle.

Mate, I can see you're new to the forum.
On this forum we deal in FACTS.
Check out @Rex Kramer on here, and read ALL of his posts. Man's a living legend, you could learn a lot from him.

That's not 20 million though is it ? I thought that was the amount originally offered?
Yeah, but it’s not the £3m take it or leave it either though is it? I mean it’s just a hypothetical but that would justify the non disclosure on both sides surely?

Where's the 3 million come from ? Are we believing reports we like and vice versa?

All we can do is look at all the evidence available and them decide our positions.

Well if you’re saying that you can’t say anything about shortfalls or the £20m asking price either.
