Yeah.....The cynic in me might think they thought we might get desperate the closer to midnight we got without selling anyone.......Almost like somebody(with a very nice garden that is completely bug free) may have informed them of what our financial position was like......and now it's gone tits up they've immediately had to come crawling.<whistle>

This is my view too. Now there is no desperation, the scruffy fella has thought 'oh ****'.
 
Glad this saga is also at an end. Hopefully as they've had 5 months head start we should be reasonably well placed to quickly announce a new appointment.

Can't see it being that high. £14m I'm guessing at... Won't have been a few mill, that's for certain.

I reckon around £8-10m. But accounts wlll show it.

Would like to see us move swiftly to appoint his replacement, I assume part of us reaching agreement means the 4 months of this exec search company has unearthed someone other than Dougie Freedman.
