Carroll - is it possible? And would you even want him?

Anybody else like the look of Ruben Rochina from Blackburn? He'd be a cheaper option and is young. Totally different type to Mandy, but could be worth a look at.

No thanks. I'm confident that we could get far better European players and I never particularly rated Carroll that high when he played for us, never mind how **** he is now.

To be honest, I prefer the way we're playing without him as well.
I'd feel like we've just went back to square one.

Get a nice agile, pacey striker in that can help out Ba and we're sorted.

I wish people would stop going on as if they know something for definite that the rest of us dont.

For the the sake of the topic, i would take him with open arms.. We dont really know why he left and at the end of the day he was a really good striker for us .. Why wouldn't we want someone back who is scoring goals for us?

I also think him looking disinterested is all down to him being played in a team that totally disregards how he likes to play.. if he come back here he would soon sort himself out.. back home with family and friends in a team that plays to his strengths.

Didn't realise Liverpool had signed him with a 12 month return clause!

Scholes back at Man Utd, Henry back to Arsenal, if Carroll comes back, who else will pop up at their former club?

The rumours are scaring me and they're gaining momentum.

Just don't understand why the **** we would spend so much money on that bellend. He's not worth that much and if it happens it most probably means we'll lose a technically more gifted player , Demba Ba (Who has been officially approached in Africa by PSG according to various sources on twitter).

I hate January.

It would be the equivalent of getting £15m-£20m for him, selling him for £35m and then buying him back when he's regaining his fitness (and possibly his touch going by the goal he scored the other night, pure instinct). It would be a cracking move and I would love to have him back.
