    Disappointing not to score but yet another clean sheet against a free-scoring Bristol City certainly eases the pain!

    I think we really missed both JM and Basil today. Hopefully, JM will be fit to start against Boro and Basil should be fit for our trip to Reading.
    I thought Gunn, Klose, Reed and Trybull all had good games. CJ didn't have one of his better games and Josh was getting some rough treatment from their defence, which the ref pretty much ignored.

    You're scraping the barrel looking for glory from your women's team, still, I don't suppose MM coaches the football out of them like he does your first team! <cheers>

    It's undoubtedly two points dropped, particularly with the fixtures we have coming up. The defensive strength is a good platform, and we've shown on other occasions that we can score, I guess it's just consistently getting both units to fire. Hopefully Nelson is back soon!

    The sooner Nelson and Pritchard are back the better - DF mentioned it post-match.
    The main gripe from Greg Downs on co comms was when we got the ball to the edge of their area there was no movement or running so the guy in possession had no idea what to do next.
    Surely this is / was meant to be Jerome's strength? He sounds like he had a shocker today, as did Josh, so small wonder our threat in front of goal was minimal.
    That said, Steiperman had an open goal from 5 yards and scuffed it wide. Can't afford that in a game of so few chances.
    DF : defence pretty watertight. Next mission is to instil movement and creativity to the forward players.
    Then we can cruise this division <ok>

    Well, with them we'd be in the play-offs right now.

    It's a marathon not a sprint though, as long as we're moving in the right direction, I'm content for now.

    Yes Cromer, both CJ and Josh had poor games IMO and to be fair, both came in for some rough treatment from the Robins defenders.
    <applause>
    I just hope we pick up at least 3 points next week!!!!

    What a hoot! 3,562 flock to see Mik_eys team lose st home to mid-table Wycombe.
    Then he comes on here, giving it large, when we've held a free scoring team on the edge of the play-offs. He really is priceless - <hug>

    Trouble is, it feels roughly the same length of time since we scored one!
