The 1922 Committee membership election is next week, you moron. Had it come to a vote after the membership and rules had been changed, the ranks of the 148 (41 per cent) that voted no confidence would obviously have swelled. As it is a confidence vote is not needed as there will now be a leadership election.

You really lack the capacity for abstract thought don't you? Yes dickhead, the election is next week. But they hatched a plan to change the rules to vote, that's all. Considering the year long ****show Boris had gone through, the underhand attempt to retrospectively change rules to save Owen Patterson, the covid parties, the lying in parliament, criminal investigation in which he was found guilty, the Sue Gray report, all of which resulted in them still voting for him.

Having survived that barrage of recklessness, what was this master plan that would make their vote against him "obviously swell" after that? And not your suppositions, tell me their plan. I'll wait.
