I don't know anyone who is English that would shed a tear if the Scotch ****ed off.

Not so sure that their cherished oil is the panacea they once thought it to be; I'm afraid we're stuck with them and them with us - they'll just spend the next 20yrs posturing and being jealous of our entries to football tournaments.

No, you cant vote for self determination to leave the EU and then tell another set of people that they dont have the right to self determination because you tell them you dont want them to leave. If the English want to leave the EU but Scotland wants to stay then they should have that option to leave you after the vote.

Scotland voted to remain part of the U.K. So your point has no merit. They are part of the U.K. So self determination doesn't come into it. They Scots have their own Parliament, they also have MPs in the UK Parkiament. Us English, who are the majority, don't have our own Parliament. The Dcots can't have it all ways, though they would like to.

Letter in paper tonight signed by usual thick ****s (Inglis, Bayes, Hale etc) on behalf of Project Fear demanding we vote IN.
That's a few more OUT voters recruited then

I couldnt give a **** so long as you all dont complain if Scotland and Northern Ireland get to vote to leave the UK if you all leave the EU. Self determination works both ways after all.

So, if Alaska and Texas don't like something could they opt for self determination?

As I keep saying, the Scots voted to stay in the Union so they go by what the UK, of which they are a part, wishes.
They want lots of concessions but most don't want independence as they know what the harsh realities would be if on their own. Shame, as we could send a lot home, there are probably more Scots living in England than Scotland.

I dont care if they leave but everyone should get to vote to leave the UK. You all should not be able to force Northern Ireland, Wales or Scotland to leave the EU.

You clearly don't understand how we are united, or how that can be challenged. The United Kingdom (look it up) is conducting a reasoned, if vitriolic democratic referendum. How's your Presidental fools fest going?

Out. Fifth largest economy so lets get out in the world and trade freely and shove it to the spiteful French and dictatorial Germans. Lets import engineers doctors etc not folk to fill factory jobs or benefit places. We could make our own folk actually work hmm. Make our MPs run the country and vote them in or out if they deserve it rather than some EU committee we have no say on. Bring back the fishing fleets lets cut green bills so we can compete making steel.... O and ill continue to ignore Beckam ...

You caught me by surprise Chazz, I've only just seen this, so I skipped to the end and ill read back.

I'm so very, very out :emoticon-0150-hands

Oh.

You really don't understand what the UK is.

Or what democracy is either by the sounds of it.

We're voting, as one nation, on staying in or leaving. The majority decision will be implemented.
