they could be deemed not fit and proper and made to sell
I’m afraid it doesn’t work like that.

That's quite disgraceful. Didn't know about Dover Athletic's situation.
How can they in good conscience throw the book at a non-league club who can't pay their staff and play all their fixtures through no fault of their own, but welcome back the big six after threatening to destabilise the entire football pyramid with a slap on the wrist?

Well it goes without saying that a lot of Chief and high level execs will likely have to be replaced after all this.

The fit and proper persons thing is nowhere near fit for purpose imo. They need to do proper due diligence on these people and should make a rule that bans funding purchases of clubs with leveraged debt. The same applies when these crooks buy clubs. There’s nothing legally that can be done to stop them owning them, the football authorities can apply sanctions, but if the only aim is to strip any wealth out of the club, then the sanctions are meaningless.
Not sure what you are banging on about as you have ****ed up the quote function... well apart from confirming (again) how much I'm on your mind, as usual...Fosse trying to big up Leicester for landing a knockout blow delivered as the opponent was being carried out the ring.
The best of it was the EFL/FA tried to force them to carry on even if they were insolvent. Dover’s lawyers had to point out that knowingly doing so is a criminal offence.

He was beeling
You were also beeling
In fact it was tough to see who was beeling the most.
Until he posted that.....
That was like Iron Mike biting Evanders ear off. Apart from Welshie being nothing like Iron Mike and more like Alan Carr obvs.

... but for the serious debate and posters, I do think that my club winning the title and our subsequent competing for a CL spot these last 2 seasons has likely been discussed as part of these ESL propsals ... if it wasn't for upstarts like ourselves then the Greedy Six Cartel would not need to try and guarantee a place at Europe's top table every season... cba to look... but when was the last time anyone outside the 6 gatecrashed the CL spots before us?
I've seen quite a lot of fans of the big six clubs actually want points deducted and harsh punishments for their clubs. Gary Neville being the most high-key example.
juicy case? Lol love how their posting evidence and you're busy chatting on not606
Joelinton got a £200 fine for visiting a hairdressers during lockdown, so perhaps they could do something similar?

I’ve just realised, I’ve got a kid older than Spurs new manager.
For actual ****s sake.
Year?
