Just checked, Heather Morris. Camp Memorial Centre not completely happy with it it seems.

EDIT......That sounded bad, as a reader of mostly fiction I am not trying to detract from a book based on reality and have no idea of it's validity, just made that comment based on the first story I found when looking for the authors name.

I thought that and was going to ask who the author is but Stan can be a bit funny at times.
stan is ok, sounds an interesting book.

i once read the book about about the execution in thailand. about the **** ups that happened when shooting them in the back, and some have their heart on the opposite side of the body.

Yeah I like stan but didn't want any ties to the animal thread leaking over (shouldn't really expect it to).

No idea what book you are referring to about Thailand, as I said I am fiction only as a rule (read to escape ).

know a ferang out here who writes thrillers, about Thailand, some are very good and worth a read. Colin Devonshire.

I read “The President Is Missing” on holiday. It was ridiculous. Stupid plot, poorly written.

Then got half way through “Bridge of Clay” by the author of “The Book Thief”. Need to find time to finish it once the rats are back at school.

That's about the third time you have put that on here, is it really worth a read?
If I buy it I will read it (never not finished a book) and if it wastes my time I will find you and make you pay.
It's one of those books that give both sides off the story.

It's about a food journo that falls in love with a go go dancer in Bangkok.

He tells his side of the story, and how he's falling in love.
Next bit she tells hers and how she is ****ing him over, etc.

It's a must read for anyone ever thinking about going to Thailand.

Even my dad has read it, i think he secrectly enjoyed it, as there is lots of porny bits in it, with Joy (the go go dancer) teaming up with a mate, to get the daft foreigner to shoot his muck as quick as possible so they can go and eat.

It was alright. Originally written as a screenplay and adapted into a novel. Didn’t quite work.

Never read it or seen the screenplay but heard of it (him) a ****load of times. I thought it was very well known.
