Surely it's fair to say that Roberts would improve what was there, along with Willock, Richards and possibly Amos?

It's not just Willock to come in though is it?
Blimey, the negativity on here is ridiculous.
One game......one ****ing game, and not everyone available and the chance of some additions.
If we're still looking poor in 10-15 games time, then maybe we should be concerned.

    Col … it’s not negativity … it’s realism.
MB has to have time to build the team. But to expect Willock to come back from injury and take us up is blind faith. You have no idea what Richard’s has to offer in this team. Amos can be good, can be poor, can be injured.

    I suggest you re-read what I wrote.
I have never suggested that Willock will "take us up".
In fact, talking of realism, I have never said that I thought we'd go up this season either.
All I'm saying is, we've played one game, without our best player, without 2 or 3 others in the attacking third and you and some others are writing us off.
Beale needs time to get his ideas across and to consistently field his strongest side.
    Give it a chance ffs.

It would be far more worrying if we’d had a full team inc Willock and the new players and lost 0-1. Hope some are available on Saturday as Boro will really be a test.

Read my post Col … “MB has to have time to build the team.” - it’s there to see.
I’m not being negative. Like Bob said, Willock isn’t going to solve all our problems. We need more quality in to give MB a chance though - the window is open and he needs to bring in what he feels will improve us. I’m all for giving him time and happy to wait 10 games or so before being anywhere near negative. Still early doors.

You're clearly going to keep on ignoring my points and putting words into my mouth.

    Crack on.

    Blah. Blah. Blah.
Why don’t you let others have opinions and points rather than being rude Col.
It’s a forum. If you only want to listen to your views get a mirror mate.
    I’m cracking on :emoticon-0105-wink: .

You always have a problem with me, which is fine.
What you do is ignore my points and questions and put words into my mouth.
Where was I rude? Ridiculous accusation.
In fact, you replied to a post where I was making a perfectly fair point with a really sarcastic post saying Willock would need to play everywhere etc. Ruder than anything I've said to you. No doubt you'll ignore that.
We seldom agree on football, which is fine by me.
Probably best for me to simply ignore you.

So is the bloke who replaced Dunne better?
Did we play 4 or 5 at the back?

4 at the back pal, too early to say but he was competent enough as was Dickie. Kakay was our best player and Paal was OK but looked nervous and didn't get onto enough good attacking positions. Dykes was his usual lazy ineffective self and we looked much better in last 10 mins with Bonne and Armstrong on who could've equalised but got the ball stuck under his feet. The biggest worry again were Johansen and Dozzell who offer next to nothing and Steff's passing was abysmal. Sorry to say it but he looks finished and disinterested. Hoping that some of the injured and sick boys come back for Boro next week as we didn't have a single shot on target ! Willick, Amos and Richards should all be able to play some part but Roberrs a big doubt still.

With a flat back 4 and some players hopefully returning then it won't be necessary to play 3 defensive midfielders in front of them.

Armstrong could have equalised if he didn't get the ball stuck under his feet!

I want him to succeed as much as you do, but his touch is poor currently. It will improve hopefully, but he's got a long way to go.

Weird I’m sure I’ve heard that from you with other posters here.
Stop being a victim! It’s just a forum for passionate QPR fans!!!

No problem, I’m busy ‘cracking on’ :emoticon-0105-wink:.

Some things I agree with you on; some things I don’t. It’s OK by me, I enjoy others points of view, even if I don’t necessarily agree - it’s good to see all sides.
I don’t tend to cry about it and say they don’t love me. Just opinions and views - makes the world go round :emoticon-0100-smile

Missed watching the match stream with a great family weekend with a double celebration.

Even the App on my i-phone gave up.

After reading through this thread, I guess that I was probably lucky.

p.s. Does anyone know what happened with our App? Mine is still not working.

What you actually do is completely ignore any points others make, get all huffy when others disagree with you, accuse others of being rude and completely ignore any other opinions and lie to try to look good.
It's a bit like trying to debate with a child.

No doubt you'll now spout another belly full of complete lies and accuse me of all sorts of nonesense.
Why not try and actually answer the points I made etc instead of just picking out an isolated sentence and then spinning lies?

I realise you're on the wind up and that's fine. Whatever floats your boat.

I don't know about the Official's app Ski, I've never used it, but I watched Saturday's game on QPR+ through Chrome. The picture was fine but the sound was horrible until half time when they fixed it. The problem was at the stadium there apparently.

That’s a really embarrassing response from an adult! I think you have issues!
