Despite repeated warnings member continued with attention seeking threads with one aim.

He is banned for 3 days in the hope that he will return and stop the silly comments.
 
Good. I for one am heartily sick of his self-serving claims to inside information.

That said, whilst it's good he got a yellow card it's also good it took a while to get. No-one wants to see posters banned, but there's a limit to his type of persistent "look at me" articles and he's been banging the same drum for ages.
 
Disgraceful, I'm gone two minutes and the ban hammer strikes.

All joking and banter aside (which we all love on contribute) big_chris wasn't your average WUM, some of his remarks were a deliberate attempt to rile people, get everyones backs up and basically to highjack just about every decent thread on here. There have been some good debates on here which have been spoiled due to his input, as we all know it only takes one idiot to make a stupid comment and the attention is focused on the idiot and not as this forum was designed for, the debate in question.

Initially he was funny, now i'm afraid he is just an annoyance and personally while i don't like to see people banned (freedom of speech and all that) i think a 3 day ban is insufficient for this moron.

Having said all that, well done Syd, very nicely handled.
 
Perverse humor is only funny for so long. He's become boring and irritating. Mostly boring. Won't miss him.
 
THANK FARG FOR THAT, but he will have 3 days to work out his next agenda, any more of his pish and ,,,,,,,,,,we will see, as I have said before there are other sites.
shame but true, I recon he is A soon to be unemployed 606 mod, but hey, I knew my father, have a life, dont hide in the shadows of public toilets, but most of all a real Millie lad, easily checkable. But who the funk is BIG PRICK?

Christ, mw, word for word what I would have written! I had decided, reluctantly, that I'd given up on this because of him. Thanks Syd. And come back MR - although I would have taken the same course of action as you.

The guy is deliberatley making himself a target for abuse and ridicule, which is not the behaviour of a sane person. I have two trains of thought on this.....

1. The guy has serious issues with his mental state
2. He is a very clever WUM who can iritate and anger people at the drop of a hat, by perfectly acting out the part of a fool

At times, I even find myself thinking that he may be an alter ego of one of you! :shocked:
