He looked promising especially in the first half. Seemed to be playing behind the striker in a central role but was buzzing all over the place. Certainly didn't look out of place and reminded me a little of Lallana.

Great news, we've missed him!

Kate, missed him because we like him, or missed him in the team? I don't think we have missed him in the team. We do need him in the squad at the moment, as we haven't had a recognised striker on the bench, but at no point do I think we have missed him on the field yet as Lambert and Connolly have been excellent.

I hope he returns to put them under pressure soon.

He's a fantastic player and has been tipped as the next Lallana. He played well last night and I hope to see him make another appearance in the first team soon. Hopefully Wenger won't be watching.

I was preparing to be a bit disapppointed with Reeves, but he really proved me wrong. Bags of energy, good passing and good movement. How old is he now, 20? Obviously a late developer, possibly like some of the other scrawny little things we seem to turn over a lot of. Good for him.

That showing must put him in strong contention for the league 16 with his versatility.

"Our academy is one of the best in the country, we should be getting the benefit from it, not Prem league clubs!!"

I have to disagree. I hope one Premier League club benefits enormously in the next few years. We're on our way!

Sorry. Year is passing so fast I mistook the 11th month for September<doh>. Interesting if they do start to play him forward..he's just a tad too short to be a defender.

:D

He's very slight - was a bit curious his main position was left back because it looked like a breeze would blow him over. But Lallana has never been the biggest and he's doing okay. Same for a little Argentinian chap playing somewhere over in Spain, name escapes me... ;)

He was originally a CM but got played LB for the youths and now he's playing in the hole which I think looks to be his most natural position. I think he's too small to play in a two-man midfield but I think he's great in a three-man midfield.

He's definately too small to play in defence, but in other positions height is an advantage not a prerequisite. As I said before, always look out for the little fellow in the opposition team because he must be good.
