BBC keep repeating "Convicted rapist\sex offender Ched Evans" over and over lately. I thought I'd check it out, thought he'd lured some 5 year olds into his gingerbread house or something.
This chick was not forced into anything? she was deemed too drunk to consent so Ched became a rapist? Is that right?
Ironically, if that girl had instead got in a car and drove it and was pulled by the police, being too drunk to be responsible for her own actions would not be accepted as an excuse. Hmmmm. If you get hammered and get into a fight and kill someone, yep pretty sure you get the book thrown at you. But if you get hammered, if you are the opposite gender, and you decide you want to shag, you are not responsible for that choice.. once you choose to drink a certain amount of booze

That's the law of (this) land Sis. Like the Family Law Courts, it's bent against men, but the reasoning for that (that women are the 'natural' better carers of children - not my logic-). Natural justice though is turned on its head in the case of rape, when, in cases like this, it turns on tne woman's word against the man's. Then, in order to obtain more convictions, men litterally now have to prove their innocence.

Herrera just swing a boot at it and caught it sweet, he then proceeded to celebrate like it was the winner in the 90th minute of the CL final and not Yeovil Town in the cup
