He's a decent signing based on his form, but needs to prove himself in the Premier League. Great to have him on a free if we have to inflate wages a bit.

It's better than it used to be, but I'd still say it was substandard for an adult (or even for a child in secondary school).

Referring to the Premier League as The English Premier League surely adds to the confusion of people like Gomis,which may explain his erroneous statement.

Garry Monk describes Gomis as being,"humble,hard working and honest". If so,he'll do for me. A shed full of goals wouldn't go amiss,either.
