Selling Ayew now would be a crazy decision. He's the only player that can be relied upon to score goals, more than less. I'd rather have him on the pitch than trust the board to spend his transfer money wisely enough. Something they haven't done with Bony or Shelveys money as of yet.

Anyone with eyes could have seen mid December that we were crying out for a striker and there should have been someone brought in in the first week to be ready for the Sunderland and Watford games. Why would anyone trust them to spend the Ayew money in the next 4 days when they haven't spent a bean in the last 27?

All this season is about now is getting enough points to secure our premier league status if this means that Ayew scores and is selfish then so be it. Isn't that a trait that you want from a striker. I feel that we have enough to get the points required with the players we have we just need to hope for no injuries if we don't bring anyone in.
