May be an anachronism, Godders, but is effective enough to keep WHU out of real trouble. We are a team looking for a natural rival...suggest that Everton and Spurs should be our targets next season if we want to keep on Cortese's target.
In my book theres no rivalry with West Ham just with Trixter, who sadly turned from a poster with a little bit of "banter" to a wum throughout the course of this season.
Have WHU changed their style this season, I must admit I haven't been paying attention to them as our situation required maximum concentration, sometimes quality of performance is over ridden by results, or will Spider and Corky be suffering from RSI in the neck as the ball constantly flies back and forth over their head? I assume Caroll couldn't play against Liverpool so his presence was missed?
It's too simplistic to say West Ham are hoof it merchants under Fat Sam, last season and this. They press you hard all over the pitch (remind you of anyone?) and like to throw bodies forward quickly when they get the chance. He's a gambler, is Allardyce. I don't think West Ham have been crude or predictable with him in charge. And knocking it long to Rickie has worked for us plenty of times.
So who will be the new man to lead you into the Olympic stadium?
Gus Poyet or Malky Mackay

Why would Malky Mackay go to a smaller club?
