Well he has had plenty of chances to find his correct team, and generally gets alot of cash as well which then he pisses away on crap players. His man management is terrible, he is arrogant and somewhat of a prick. Can not believe that another club is going to give him a job when there are managers like Di Mateo still twiddling thier thumbs, I truely thought we would never hear from Hughes again. Pretty sure he will soon loose the lockerroom and Stoke will go into freefall, and he will blame other people.
