I learned morse code last week. It wasn't easy but it's changed my life. For instance, last night I didn't get any sleep as the rain kept telling me to go **** myself.
Last of a brave bunch. Glad he got this chance to fly in one again. 1943 and this bloke was a 21 year old in a Lancaster. Some were even younger. 2018 and Fray Bentos have to redesign their tin because Millenials find it too difficult to open. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-derbyshire-44170331/britain-s-last-dambuster-flies-again-to-mark-the-mission-s-75th-anniversary
To be fair Fray Bentos tins can be an utter pain in the arse to open sometimes when the opener isn’t behaving herself.
When I was young I used to think Fray Bentos pies were posh food. Now, its cheap fodder. How did that happen? Having said that, I also used to think Vesta was the pinnacle in foreign foods As a side thought, at a quid a pie for the big round Fray Bentos, how come I've never had a Fray Bentos sandwich? It just sounds so obvious.
I used to work with a bloke who made sausage roll sarnys. Two of em in bread and he had two sarnys. Died quite young as I recall...
Sounds good. If we assume that young is defined as 40-50, and given I haven't started eating sausage roll sarnies yet, I think that I'll be content with a further 40-50 years which includes the afore-mentioned sandwiches. Thanks for the top tips.
If you get the jumbo sausage roll, get a baguette and jobs a good un. Bit of HP and English mustard on.
Romania: Liga IV Venus Bucharest’s keeper Emil Constantinescu – reflecting on their 26-1 defeat to Academia Rapid in November. “If they didn’t score the first 10 goals, I think we could have won it. But we take some positives. We get our heads up, and we go again.”
